In the case of M.E.
Research has indicated that sufferers of ME tend to have abnormalities of the immune, muscular, cardiovascular and central nervous systems.
The beginning of the disease is often reported as a case of the ‘flu’, exposure to an allergen, or a severe infection from which recovery never seems to occur.
Progression results in many reported symptoms, including general and joint pain, fatigue, muscle weakness, hypersensitivity, digestive disturbances, depression, immune system weakness, neuralgia, forgetfulness, confusion, insomnia, depression, hormonal abnormalities and cardiac and respiratory problems.
Patients also often express an increase in sensitivity to foods, chemicals and medications.
ME Causes
A large number of causes have been proposed, most significantly…
- Allergies (immune dysfunction caused by exposure to allergens, food allergies or intolerances)
- Hormonal dysfunction (thyroid and adrenal disorders, and disruption of the hypothalamus)
- Immune dysfunction: hyperactive autoimmune disorders or underactive immunodeficiency
- Infectious agents - bacterial, fungal and viral infections
- Nutritional deficiency or imbalance and malnutrition, with certain dietary practices, over-consumption of carbohydrates and poorly nutritive diets
- Vaccinations e.g. hepatitis B
- Toxic agents (mercury, particularly from dental amalgams and vaccines, various organic solvents, herbicides, and several other chemical compounds). Aspartame (artificial sweetener) is also often blamed
How the test can help
As indicated in the list above many of the factors that are known to cause or contribute to ME are the basic diet, environment and lifestyle factors covered in the bionetics hair test.
These basic factors include:

How the test works
The Bionetics test is a practical application of the principals of quantum physics, which state that all atoms (living or non living) emit their own specific energy vibrations or frequency pattern. These energy patterns are affected by interference from the energy of other factors (like those basic factors affecting your health) and have either a positive or negative affect.
The root of your hair stores these complex energy patterns. At bionetics, we scan your hair sample with a very sensitive digital radionics machine, which can capture the energy patterns that represent your unique frequency. A series of tests covering diet, environmental and lifestyle factors is completed to see which have a negative impact on your own energy pattern.
This data is then processed again to identify the nutrients and remedies which have a positive influence on your energy pattern and that have proven effective in helping the body to eliminate the negative factors detected by the scan.
For Example
Your condition could be caused by the presence of Mercury in your system from Amalgam fillings. This would be picked up under the toxic metals section of the hair test.
Once identified then a further scan would indicate which of the known toxic metal herbal remedies, is having the most positive impact on your energy and therefore likely to be the best method of helping the body rid itself of the Mercury.
